At THT Bookkeeping Solutions , we are committed to delivering accurate, reliable, and professional bookkeeping services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted.

General Policy

Because bookkeeping is a service-based profession that requires time, expertise, and labor, all completed services are generally non-refundable.

However, we do offer refunds in specific situations as outlined below

Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may be considered if:

Service Not Rendered

You paid for sevices that we did not begin or deliver.

Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally made a duplicate payment, the overpayment amount will be refunded.

Service Errors Caused by Us

If an error in your books is directly caused by our negligence and cannot be reasonably corrected, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

Service Package Not Started

If you purchased a monthly or annual package but cancel before work has begun, you may receive a prorated refund for the unused portion.

Non- Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services already completed or partially completed

  • Delays caused by late, inaccurate, or incomplete information provided by the client

  • Any tax, legal, or reglulatory penalties incurred due to client-provided data or delays

  • Software subscriptions or third-party fees

  • Prepaid hours or retainer fees that have already been used

Cancellation Policy

  • Monthly service plans may be canceled at any time with 10 days written notice. 

  • Work already completed up to the cancellation date is non-refundable.

  • If work has not yet begun, you may be eligible for the refund terms in above statement.

Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, email us at Trrhaley@icloud.com with:​

  • Your full name and business name

  • Date of payment

  • Reason for refund request

  • Any relevant supporting documentation

Requests will be reviewed within 5-10 business days.

You will be notified of approval, denial, or a request for additional information.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.

Changes will be posted on our website, and continused use of our services will constitue accepatance of the updated policy.
